We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing leather jackets, motorcycle jackets, motorbike suits, motorcycle pants, boxing gloves, and related products from our store. We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right size, fit, or choice, so we provide a clear and fair return and refund process.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must not show signs of riding use, training use, sweat, damage, stains, odor, scratches, or visible wear
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, inserts, and accessories must be included
  • The item must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during return shipping
  • The return request must be made within the allowed return period

Leather jackets, motorcycle gear, motorbike suits, motorcycle pants, boxing gloves, protective gear, and training equipment that show signs of use may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, and product condition reasons.

Knockiva reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped after the returned item has been accepted.

Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, incorrect fit selected, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Knockiva is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A short description of the issue
  • If the issue is approved after review, Knockiva may offer one of the following solutions:
  • A full refund
  • A replacement product
  • An exchange
  • Another suitable resolution based on the situation

If the mistake was caused by us, or the item is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect, Knockiva will cover the return shipping cost where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Used boxing gloves, motorcycle gear, leather jackets, or riding apparel
  • Items with sweat, odor, stains, scratches, visible wear, or damage
  • Customized, personalized, altered, or made-to-order products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, poor care, improper storage, or incorrect cleaning
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, labels, inserts, or accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items, where stated on the product page

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests made after this period may not be accepted if the order has already entered processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or special-request items may not be cancellable once preparation has started.

8. Product Size and Fit Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product size, style, and fit before placing an order. We recommend checking the product details, size chart, and description carefully before completing your purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing for a leather jacket, motorcycle jacket, motorbike suit, motorcycle pant, or boxing glove, please contact us before ordering. Our support team will do its best to guide you.

Returns due to wrong size selection may be accepted only if the product meets all return conditions stated in this policy.

9. Refund Processing Time

After your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. While Knockiva may process approved refunds within 3 to 5 business days, your bank, card provider, or payment gateway may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

Knockiva is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.
