Please note that customized products, made-to-order items, special-size requests, personalized products, or special product requests may require additional preparation time. In such cases, processing may take approximately 6 to 8 business days before dispatch.

For customized, made-to-order, personalized, special-size, or special-request products, cancellations may not be accepted once production or preparation has started.
